Privacy Policy

What you enter in your clinic stays on your device. We do not collect, view, or sell your clinical records.

Core principle

RxFirst is designed around a straightforward rule: what you enter in your clinic stays on your device. We do not collect, view, or sell your clinical records.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

All patient names, medicine lists, clinic stamps, and signatures are encrypted and stored locally in your browser’s internal database. None of this data is ever sent to an external server.

The Global Prescription Counter

When you print or save a prescription, the app sends a lightweight event ping to increment our global counter. This only helps us see how many total prescriptions have been generated across all users. It contains no patient names, doctor names, clinic details, or medicine information.

Local Folder Permissions

If you choose to auto-save PDFs to a specific folder on your computer, your browser manages that permission locally. RxFirst only writes .pdf files to that specific folder.

Support & Communications

When you contact us at care@rxfirst.in, we only use your email address to reply to your questions or troubleshoot issues. We will never sell or share your contact details.

Backups & Data Deletion

Because your data lives only inside your browser, clearing your browser history or cache will wipe your records. Always download an Excel Master Backup regularly so your clinic data is safely backed up on your hard drive.
