These terms explain how you may use RxFirst and who is responsible for clinical decisions.

By using RxFirst, you agree to these terms.
A Tool, Not a Medical Decision-Maker
RxFirst is an administrative layout and printing tool. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or check drug interactions. Every medical decision, dosage, and instruction remains the sole responsibility of the prescribing doctor.
Data Ownership & Backups
You own your data completely. Because RxFirst does not maintain a cloud copy of your files, we cannot recover lost records caused by hardware failure, device damage, or cleared browser data. Regular Excel backups are your responsibility.
Transparent Pricing
The standalone offline prescription writer is free to use. Future cloud infrastructure or multi-device synchronization features may carry a nominal maintenance fee to cover actual hosting and server overhead.
Provided “As Is”
RxFirst is provided as-is without warranties. We work hard to keep it reliable, smooth, and up-to-date, but we are not liable for clinical errors, misaligned prints, or lost local files.
